The Technical Support Manager is a full-time position that directly supports our efforts to provide world-class service to our wide range of clients, including commercial and independent cinema owners, private and corporate screening rooms, post-production facilities, universities, museums, and more. With a focus on cinema, you’ll work with a passionate and talented group of field technicians and installers to take commercial cinema/AV projects from concept to creation, and subsequently operate and maintain those systems once in place.

Responsibilities
- Complete routine and emergency onsite equipment service and preventative maintenance, including but not limited to equipment installation, consumable and part replacement, deep cleaning of projection system and optics, and device firmware updates and backups.
- Daily travel throughout Lagos area and occasionally out of town/out of state
- Qualify the customer needs
- Flexibility in scheduling with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holiday depending on business needs.
- Ability to engage in physical activity, including lifting (up to 50lbs), standing for long periods, walking up/down stairs, and climbing ladders/scaffolding.

- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics or in Computer
- 3+ years experience operating a cinema equipment
- Experience with AV and electrical test equipment, including but not limited to: light meters, spectroradiometers, oscilloscopes, real-time analyzers (RTA)
- Perfect written English
- Reside in Lagos
Nice to have
- Experience in commercial Digital Cinema equipment, including Barco, NEC, Dolby/Doremi, GDC, etc..
- Understanding of control systems, such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, etc
- Ability to solder and terminate cables and connectors
