Surround Speakers not sounding when playing trailers and adverts

First step is to check the wiring connection to the amplifiers and speakers to be sure they are all connected and also check the amplifiers if they are all powered ON (in your case the left & right channel amps). If yes, check if the the mentioned speakers are BAD.
