From all indication the fault is coming from the center channel amps or speaker. Please follow the following steps below:
Check if the centre channel amplifier signal indicator is receiving signal from the processor (if no that means no output from the amp)
If yes, check the center speakers behide the screen if wires are welll connected
If the wires are connected and yet no sound, please do a check on the speaker it may be bad (if speaker is OK then goto the next line
Do a continuity test on the wire from the amp to the speaker
