Barco DP2K-8C displayed an error 5800 ti:icp system failed. The display on screen when the error came up was a frozen RED colour shaped in the image of what was displayed last before error.

There's two things to look out for when such error occurs
1. The ICP card may be faulty or needs to re-seat
1.i. Off the projector removed the ICP card and re-seat. Power ON, check if the fault is till there' If yes jump to number two
2. Make sure the light engine satellite cables are properly connected (removed and reconnect if possible)
2.i If fault remains try the next option
So on the Diagnostics – Actual – ICP status you will see the actual ICP card error massage this will give more hint about the fault. Contact you technical support partners
