After cleaning the projector, the following errors came up but projector is able to show movies
5860 icmp - system status = fail
10013 system - DLP engine error
10015 formatter - satellite hardware mismatch

It seems like the ICMP-X wasn't seated properly. We kindly suggest reseating the ICMP-X let see if that will resolve the issue.
